LES ARCS SKIING EXPERIENCE

Alpine Development Experience

Overview

Heritage & Bear coordinated a five-day alpine experience designed to introduce participants to skiing within a structured, supportive and professionally managed environment.

Thirty-five guests travelled from locations across the United Kingdom to Geneva, before transferring into Les Arcs, France. The group included five qualified instructors, ensuring a carefully paced programme suitable for complete beginners.

Experience Design

The programme was structured around progressive instruction delivered over five days, enabling participants to develop confidence, technical control and safe mountain awareness.

Accommodation was based at UCPA, providing a fully catered environment with breakfast, lunch and evening dining integrated into the experience.

Beyond time on the slopes, guests were supported with coordinated logistics, equipment management and guided social elements, including opportunities to explore the resort and the renowned La Folie Douce après-ski environment.

Outcome

By the conclusion of the programme, all participants achieved a strong foundational skiing standard, confidently navigating blue runs and progressing onto selected easy red terrain.

The experience demonstrated the impact of structured progression, environment-led development and seamless operational coordination.
