Boxing Event Series

Overview

Heritage & Bear delivered a series of large-scale boxing events, designed to bring together participants, VIP guests and wider audiences within a professionally managed and highly structured environment.

Each event required full end-to-end coordination, from initial planning and supplier engagement through to live event delivery. Guest profiles ranged from general attendees to invited VIPs, with tailored environments created to ensure a seamless and elevated experience across all areas.

Experience Design

The events were designed to balance sporting competition with a well-executed guest experience, ensuring both participants and attendees were supported throughout.

This included the creation of distinct event spaces, such as:

• Dedicated VIP areas with enhanced hospitality

• General admission areas designed for atmosphere and engagement

• Clearly structured event flow to maintain energy and pacing throughout the evening

Full event infrastructure was coordinated, including:

• Sourcing and management of external suppliers

• Catering and hospitality delivery

• Audio-visual production, lighting and event presentation

• Development of event programmes and running orders

Operational delivery extended to:

• Coordination of referees and judging officials

• Medical planning and on-site support

• Staff management and on-the-day execution

• Oversight of event setup, transitions and live delivery

Marketing and guest communication were also managed to ensure strong attendance and clear engagement with invited audiences.
